Open Gym - Teen and Adults

Participants of all skill levels are welcome to take part in this unstructured but well-supervised activity. Our qualified coaches will guide you to achieve your personal goals on several events such as acrobatics, strength, flexibility and coordination. Our facility boasts a full range of Olympic standard equipment that is at the disposal of the participants.

We are offering ongoing, year-round, class registration for maximum flexibility. Contact [email protected] by the 15th of the month to unenroll or for questions regarding your account. Tuition is charged monthly on the 20th for the following month of classes. No refunds after enrollment. Class prices are based on 4 classes per month and are prorated according to the number of classes each month.

We also offer one class per month try-out every 1st Sunday of the month

Mandatory initial Ontario Gymnastics (GO) insurance fee of $45, valid from July to June of the following year.
