Our Summer Camps
(Ages 5 -14)
STAY ACTIVE and HEALTHY and enjoy a full day of gymnastics, games, arts and crafts, and more.
Gymnastics Mississauga Summer Camps are one of the best experiences of a child’s life. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and practice new gymnastics skills. It is also one of the best ways to ensure you are happy and well looked after while developing your physical motor skills and enjoy many exciting activities.
Groups will be kept to a maximum of 9 participants and will run from 9:00am – 4:30pm.
Every week campers will enjoy different themes and entertainment – including Magical Disney Days, Wildlife Adventure (animal show), Undersea Discovery (splash), Super Heroes, Magicians, , etc. – and a pizza day.
Campers must wear sports attire including shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, etc. We recommend one set of extra clothing.
Campers also to bring lunch every day at least 2 snacks and a bottle of water.
Before and After Care

Full Day and Half Day CAMPS (4-15)
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING CAMPS (8-15 yrs):
Time: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
Full-day campers will enjoy gymnastics and fun all morning. Each week there will be different activities in the afternoon depending on the theme. After lunch, there will be a 1 hour movie time to digest. Swimming is every Wednesday, and more gymnastics to end the day! Full-day trampoline camp will enjoy all the same activities but will focus on trampoline skills.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 snacks each day
- 1 lunch each day (except Fridays)
- Shorts and a t-shirt for gymnastics
- Running shoes for free time
- Water bottle
- Campers 5 years and under should bring an extra set of clothing
EVERY WEDNESDAY:
Full-day campers, who are 6 years and older, will go swimming at the Frank McKechnie! They will need their bathing suits, towels and whatever else that lets them enjoy swimming. Life jackets must be worn by all campers and will be provided by the pool. Swimming is for full-day campers only.
EVERY FRIDAY:
Campers will enjoy a PIZZA LUNCH and perform in a MINI-MEET for friends and families at 3 PM!
MORNING HALF-DAY
GYMNASTICS CAMP (4-15 years)
Time: 9:00AM – 12:30PM
Morning half-day campers will enjoy a fun morning full of gymnastics, arts and crafts, gymnastics-based games and more! This camp is great for campers looking for a morning full of gymnastics! Every Friday, morning campers will enjoy a PIZZA LUNCH!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 snack each day
- Shorts and a t-shirt for gymnastics
- Water bottle
- Campers 5 years and under should bring an extra set of clothing
MORNING TUMBLING CAMP (8-15 years)
Time: 9:00AM – 12:30PM
Tumbling camp is a specialty camp for advanced gymnastics, dancers, and cheerleaders. There is a prerequisite skill set for this camp: round off, front & back walkover. Tumbling campers will enjoy a morning full of intensive tumbling practice, stretch and strengthening. On Friday, tumblers will enjoy a PIZZA LUNCH!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Shorts and a t-shirt for gymnastics
- Water bottle
- Shorts and T-shirt/leotard for tumbling
AFTERNOON HALF-DAY GYMNASTICS CAMP (4-15 years)
Time: 1:00PM – 4:30PM
Afternoon half-day campers will enjoy an afternoon full of gymnastics and fun. Themed activities planned for the full-day campers will be enjoyed by the afternoon campers as well. This camp is great for campers looking for gymnastics and themes activities and shows! EVERY FRIDAY: Afternoon campers will participate in our MINI-MEET to perform for friends and families at 3 PM!
